The symposium is addressed to PhD students, early stage faculty and researchers in Accounting and Finance. It represents a unique oportunity to attend lectures by expert faculty, and also, to interact with colleagues and receive feedback both on developed (papers) and developing proyects (early stage ideas). Research analyses workforce reduction policies in family firms
A study carried out by INDEM researchers, the LIUC Università Cattaneo and the University of Foggia indicates that family business tend to protect their employees more than non-family businesses, by generally avoiding workforce reduction practices.
