Congratulations to Eduardo Melero, Neus Palomeras and David Wehrheim for their forthcoming publication in Management Science!

Neus Palomeras and Eduardo Melero are Associate Professors of UC3M Business, David Wehrheim is their former Ph.D. student now Assistant Professor at IESE Business School.Neus, Eduardo and David’s paper examines how obtaining patent protection affects the mobility of early-career employee-inventors. Their results show how obtaining one additional patent reduces the probability of employee turnover by as much as 23%. The degree in Finance and Accounting of the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M) has obtained the accreditation of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), which internationalises these studies and allows students to access the services provided by this organization, such as online learning material, job offers or international scholarships.
