The paper "Cannibalization, Depredation, and Market Remuneration of Power Plants" from UC3M's Juan Ignacio Peña, Rosa Rodríguez, and Silvia Mayoral has been accepted for publication in Energy Policy. The paper documents how, the increasing investment in renewable energy production, decreases the expected profitability from such investments as well as from investments in alternative technologies.
