It represents a unique opportunity to attend lectures by expert faculty, and also, to interact with colleagues and receive feedback both on developed (papers) and developing projects (early stage ideas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This XVI edition is organized by INDEM (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) in collaboration with the Ram\u00f3n Areces Foundation and the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid. The Symposium is directed by Prof. Leandro Ca\u00f1ibano and coordinated by Prof. Beatriz Garc\u00eda Osma. Participants can therefore submit their papers\/proposals for presentation at the symposium. Papers linked to the areas discussed by the speakers and by early stage researchers will be given preference. There will be sessions dedicated to participant&#8217;s presentations.
