In this whole process of design and implementation of creative activity, people throughout the organization play an essential role, so it is necessary not only to attract them, but also to train, motivate and retain them so that, with their ideas, they can contribute to the development of their organizations.<\/p>\n<p>In this 4th INDEM Meeting, we will count with \u00c1lvaro Salafranca, General Manager of Starbucks in Spain and Portugal and Jordi Ballera, Marketing Consultant, to talk about how to design organizations and corporate policies that promote the participation and
