With a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Salamanca, Eduardo obtained his doctorate in Business Administration in January 2005 from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. His research interests focus on the empirical analysis of the organization of human resources in companies and its relationship with innovation.
