He has also completed postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics and at Harvard University, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with a grant from the Fulbright Commission. <\/p>\n He has been a researcher and visiting professor at several universities and higher education institutions, and his professional experience includes stays in several countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America, working for both Spanish and multinational institutions and companies.
