The
Madrid Work & Organizations Workshop aims to bring together
scholars doing research about work and organizations. This includes
fields such as human resource management, industrial relations,
organizational behavior and personnel economics. The workshop intends to
be an informal forum to discuss research in progress and foster
collaboration among scholars in local institutions.

The workshop will take place on an annual basis and our first meeting will be at Universidad Carlos III on January 21st 2011 (tentatively from 10 am. to 4 pm).

The format of the workshop will consist of brief (~30 minutes) paper presentations followed by a discussion.

We invite submissions by professors and PhD students. If you like to present a paper, please send a one-page abstract to jaime.ortega@uc3m.es by December 1st 2010.
