Es Doctor en Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas por la UAM (Madrid, Espa\u00f1a) y Master of Arts in Philosophy por Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada). Tambi\u00e9n ha sido Catedr\u00e1tico de Recursos Humanos de Esade y la Cranfield School of Management (Reino Unido), y Catedr\u00e1tico Visitante de la G\u00f6ttingen Universit\u00e4t (Alemania). El profesor Bonache ha impartido cursos y conferencias en numerosas Universidades de Europa, EEUU y Latino-Am\u00e9rica.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Sus intereses de investigaci\u00f3n se centran en la expatriaci\u00f3n, la compensaci\u00f3n internacional y la Epistemologia. Ha publicado mas de 30 art\u00edculos en revistas acad\u00e9micas, incluyendo Journal of World Business, Journal of Organizational Behavior, IJHRM, Organization Studies, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, y HRM Review. Ha sido editor de diversos n\u00fameros especiales de revistas aca\u00e9micas internacional en torno a tendencias en expatriaci\u00f3n, junto a los Profesores Chris Brewster (UK) y Vesa Suutari (Finlandia). Adem\u00e1s de sus art\u00edculos, ha escrito y editado cuatro libros, uno de ellos (Direcci\u00f3n de Personas con Angel Cabrera) de alto impacto en pa\u00edses de habla hispana.
