Durante sus estudios de doctorado, realiz\u00f3 varias estancias de investigaci\u00f3n en el Departamento de Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos y Comportamiento Organizacional en la Universidad de Groningen (Pa\u00edses Bajos).<\/p>\n Actualmente, imparte cursos sobre Comportamiento Organizacional y Liderazgo en el Grado en Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas, Master in Management y Research Master in Business & Finance de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.<\/p>\n Sus intereses de investigaci\u00f3n se centran en el impacto de la diversidad sobre el trabajo en equipo y la efectividad; la cognici\u00f3n compartida, la adaptaci\u00f3n a situaciones cambiantes y el rendimiento de los equipos; y la colaboraci\u00f3n en contextos de trabajo virtual.
