Su investigaci\u00f3n se centra en la Direcci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de Recursos Humanos, con especial referencia a la relaci\u00f3n entre pr\u00e1cticas de recursos humanos y desempe\u00f1o organizacional y a la implementaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas de recursos humanos. Ha publicado art\u00edculos sobre estos temas, tanto en revistas nacionales como internacionales. Participa regularmente en conferencias internacionales, donde ha recibido premios por la calidad de sus contribuciones. Ejerce como revisor an\u00f3nimo para varias revistas acad\u00e9micas, tales como\u00a0Human Relations,\u00a0Human\u00a0 Resource Management Journal\u00a0y\u00a0The\u00a0International Journal of Human Resource Management. Adem\u00e1s, en la actualidad trabaja como Jefe de Estudios del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uc3m.es\/master\/human-resources\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master in Human Resources Management<\/a>\u00a0de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid e imparte clases sobre Estrategia de Recursos Humanos y Gesti\u00f3n del Desempe\u00f1o en varios programas de postgrado en Europa y Latinoam\u00e9rica.\u00a0En el Programa DOCENTIA-UC3M 2020 ha obtenido una puntuaci\u00f3n total de 93,72 sobre 100, lo que supone una valoraci\u00f3n de la actividad docente de EXCELENTE+ (la m\u00e1s alta posible, obtenida por el 18% del profesorado evaluado).
