Es Ingeniero Industrial y Doctora en Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas y Empresariales por la ULPGC. Antes de su incorporaci\u00f3n a la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, en 2006, fue Profesora Titular de Organizaci\u00f3n de Empresas en la ULPGC, donde tambi\u00e9n fue Subdirectora de la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales entre los a\u00f1os 2000 y 2004. Imparte docencia fundamentalmente de Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, M\u00e9todos Cuantitativos de Investigaci\u00f3n y Sistemas y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n para la Gesti\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos. Sus intereses de investigaci\u00f3n se centran en gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento, compensaci\u00f3n internacional y equipos de trabajo.
