Luigi Stirpe,Associate Professor of Management, and Jaime Bonache, Professor of Management,
both at UC3M Business, have been awarded with the “Best Paper Award” at the
2017 EURAM Conference, celebrated in Glasgow, Scotland. The awarded
paper is entitled: “Retaining older employees: Do high-performance work
systems and flexible work arrangements pay off?”. This paper has been
selected from 130 proposals.
INDEM member, Professor Mikel Tapia, new President of IBEX´s Technical Advisory Committee
Mikel Tapia is Professor of Finance in UC3M Business since 2007. His research focuses in market microstructure and high-frequency trading.
