Luigi Stirpe,Associate Professor of Management, and Jaime Bonache, Professor of Management,
both at UC3M Business, have been awarded with the “Best Paper Award” at the
2017 EURAM Conference, celebrated in Glasgow, Scotland. The awarded
paper is entitled: “Retaining older employees: Do high-performance work
systems and flexible work arrangements pay off?”. This paper has been
selected from 130 proposals.
Prof. Beatriz García Osma, published in the Journal of Banking & Finance
The article is entitled “Prudential supervisors´independence and income smoothing in European banks” and its also coauthored with Prof. Araceli Mora (UA) and Luis Porcuna-Enguix (UV)
