Madrid Work & Organizations Workshop Edición 2024

Madrid Work & Organizations Workshop 2024 Edition

The Madrid Work & Organizations Workshop, which started in 2011, brings together scholars doing research in strategic human capital, industrial relations, organizational behavior, personnel economics, and related fields. It is an informal forum to discuss work in progress and foster collaboration among researchers. It is an excellent setting to receive feedback for ongoing projects, as the publications that have followed presentation attest to.

The workshop is co-organized in turns by Carlos III University, IE Business School, and IESE Business School.

The 2024 edition will take place on May 23-24, 2024 at Carlos III University, Madrid-Puerta de Toledo Campus, located in downtown Madrid, close to the historical city center. The workshop will start at midday on Thursday May 23th and will finish in the early afternoon of Friday the 24th. There is no registration fee.

Following recent years’ successful format, we have invited three keynote speakers and will select papers submitted by other researchers. This year’s guests will be Alan Benson (Carlson School of Business, University of Minnesota), Christiane Bode (Imperial College London) and John C. Dencker (D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University).

We hope to see you at the workshop!
