THOUGHT LEADER CONFERENCE: Innovation for a Digital and Aging Society

Our world is evolving at an unprecedented pace, as are the challenges we face. One of these lies at the intersection of technology and the changing demographics of an aging society. This presents a unique opportunity to harness the power of innovation in pursuit of improving the individual well-being of millions of people.

From May 13-14, we will explore and develop valuable ideas that will form the basis of scholarly articles to be submitted to a special issue of a prestigious service journal.

The focus of this scientific meeting is therefore aThougth Leader Conference. In addition to the partners of the Innovation Index Coalition (IIC), several world-renowned researchers in the field of services have been invited, such as Professors Jochen Wirtz (National University of Singapore), Werner Kunz (University of Massachusetts), Lars Witell (University of Linköping), John Bateson (Bayes Business School), Cristina Mele (University of Naples Federico II) and Mohamed Zaki (University of Cambridge), among others.

Among the topics of the papers to be developed are:
