Celia Zárraga Oberty is a Professor of Business Organization in the Department of Business Economics at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She is an Industrial Engineer and holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the ULPGC. Prior to joining the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2006, she was a Professor of Business Organization at the ULPGC, where she was also Deputy Director of the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers between 2000 and 2004. She mainly teaches Human Resources Management, Quantitative Research Methods, and Information Systems and Technologies for Human Resources Management. Her research interests focus on knowledge management, international compensation, and work teams. She has published her work in a variety of journals, including Organization Studies, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Review, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and European Management Journal.
