Eduardo Melero

Eduardo Melero is a tenured professor in the Department of Business Economics at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. With a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Salamanca, Eduardo obtained his doctorate in Business Administration in January 2005 from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. His research interests focus on the empirical analysis of the organization of human resources in companies and its relationship with innovation. He currently teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Economics of Organizations, and Research Methods in undergraduate and master's courses, and is the Director of the Master in Management.
