Prof. Ester Martínez awarded with a European Commission Project

PRof. Ester Martínez Ros has achieved a European project through a consortium led by Telefonica and three European universities: Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Bocconi University and Fraunhofer Institute-FOKUS.The aim of the project is to provide a structured review of the role of the Patent System on the innovation process, its impact on the social development with specific focus on the particularities of ICT research and innovation.
