UC3M Business offers access to a new resource for computations requiring large memory capacity and power. The computer has STATA, MATLAB, SPSS installed. The access will be granted upon request, and it can be reached remotely from the researcher’s computer. As a separate service, UC3M Business also offer storage in a computer server. Research analyses workforce reduction policies in family firms
A study carried out by INDEM researchers, the LIUC Università Cattaneo and the University of Foggia indicates that family business tend to protect their employees more than non-family businesses, by generally avoiding workforce reduction practices.
